航空大都市：Aerotropolis
在速度經(jīng)濟時代，機場已經(jīng)成為全球生產(chǎn)和商業(yè)活動的重要結(jié)點，也是帶動地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的引擎，它不斷地吸引著眾多的與航空業(yè)相關(guān)的行業(yè)聚集到其周圍。隨著越來越多的商業(yè)企業(yè)在機場以及交通走廊周圍集聚，一種新型的城市出現(xiàn)了：航空大都市。
Aerotropolis refers to a city in which the layout, infrastructure, and economy are centered around a major airport.

This word combines the prefix aero-, “relating to airplanes and aviation” and the word metropolis, “a large city.” It’s also called an aviation city or an airport city.

In its purest form, the aerotropolis is an economic hub that extends out from a large airport into a surrounding area that consists mostly of distribution centers, office buildings, light manufacturing firms, convention centers, and hotels, all linked to the airport via roads, expressways (aerolinks), and rail lines (aerotrains).
